| You should be able to figure out yourself  It's taking the life of the creat to protect other creat. | |

| I think what he meant to say is that the creature becomes a martyr. They sacrifice their vitality for another creature when they get attacked. You can use it to protect weaker creatures with low vitality that way. | |
